2. Data Collection, Purposes, and Legal Bases
We collect and process your personal data through the website for the following purposes:

  • Processing contact and quote requests (Legal basis: Legitimate interest / Pre-contractual measures)
    • Data collected: Name, first name, email address, as well as any information provided in connection with contact or quote requests. Personal data is intended for Technic-Achat staff in order to handle your requests.
  • Commercial prospecting and Newsletter (Legal basis: Legitimate interest for professionals / Consent)
    • If you subscribe to the newsletter, your data may be used to send you commercial communications. Our newsletters include anonymized tracking tools to measure overall performance without storing IP addresses or tracking individuals.
  • Audience measurement and advertising (Legal basis: Consent)
    • Subject to your explicit consent via our cookie manager (Tarteaucitron / Google Consent Mode v2), we use:
      • Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager: Statistical audience analysis.
      • Google Ads: Conversion tracking and ad personalization.

  • Contact and quote data: Retained for the time necessary to process the request, and then for a maximum period of 3 years from the last active contact.
  • Cookies and trackers: Audience tracking and measurement data (GA4) stored with your consent are kept for a maximum duration of 13 months.

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data.
  • Right to restriction of processing and to object.
  • Right to withdraw your consent for cookies at any time.
