A soft starter is a power unit which performs a smooth starting phase of high power asynchronous electric motors (from 5.5 kW and over).

You must choose the starter power according to the operating motor.

Furthermore, you must add a thermal-magnetic circuit breaker first to protect the starter and the power contactor (Bypass) to maintain the motor rotation after the start.

These two parts must be suitable for the system power.

• 380V power supply on terminals R,S,T

• Motor connection with terminals U,V,W

• Bypass power output connection with terminals L1,L2,L3 and coil control on 01 and 02

• Start/Stop control can be operated afterward via pushbuttons on starter command terminal block.
